With the deep understanding of the Chinese traditional culture, the philosophy of the Chinese traditional medicine and the relations between the nature and the human, as well as the solid professional training from different respects, I am ready to help you to:
Acupuncture is the most widely used and recognized therapeutic intervention of the Chinese traditional medicine in the West.
The practice of acupuncture is to generate the act of stimulation, by means of needles, on certain specific sites of the skin, mucous membranes or subcutaneous tissues of the human body with the aim of improving health or relieving pain.
The acupuncturist can also use other stimulation acts as heat (moxibustion), pressure (suction cups, massage tuina, acupressure) or the addition of electrical stimulation (electro-acupuncture) to accomplish the same objectives.
The selection and stimulation methods are determined by the acupuncturist and are based on the client's state of health, energy balance and palpation of the zones and meridians involved.
The stimulation of points, whether on the meridian routes or on points known as out-of-meridians, as well as their combinations, are intended to promote the vitality of a region, organ or specific function of the organization. The goal of selecting these acupuncture points is to act most effectively on a set of symptoms and on the initial cause of the imbalance.
Focused on quality care, early prevention, and natural treatment.
All types of pain, stress, anxiety, skin problems, infertility, etc.
For new patients
For better clinical outcomes, I strongly suggest new patients have at least two treatments per week for the first two to three weeks. When your condition becomes stable, you can receive acupuncture treatment per week to reinforce the results.
The reasons are as follows:
- If the interval between each treatment is too long, the results accumulated during the previous treatments could be attenuated. This means that the overall recovery time required will be even longer. Therefore, sessions twice a week for two consecutive weeks are preferable to treatments once a week for four weeks.
- It is important to intervene at an early stage of the disease in order to avoid any progression.
To treat hay fever or other allergies: Preventive care should start one month before the allergy season.
To treat SPM, irregular menstruation and cramps during menstruation: treatment should begin five days before the expected date of menstruation.
To maintain general health and preventive care: Occasional acupuncture treatments are required, as is the periodic maintenance of your car.
